The program complies in good faith with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable state telemarketing statutes, and the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook / Messaging Principles & Best Practices.

3.1 How opt-in works

You opt in to receive SMS messages from KG Homes only by actively checking the relevant consent box on our website cash-offer form. Consent boxes are unchecked by default. There are two separate, independent consent categories — transactional and promotional — and you may opt in to either or both, or neither. Opt-in for promotional messages is never a condition of receiving a cash offer or using any of our services. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in.
