The program sends both transactional and promotional messages to recipients who have explicitly opted in through the cash-offer form on our website. Operation of this program is governed by these Terms, our SMS Terms, and our Privacy Policy. Key provisions:

• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in SMS communications, and the phone number you provide must belong to you.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, or our services will be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered in Clark County, Nevada, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association — except that either party may bring a small-claims action in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims that qualify. The arbitrator's decision will be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
